Return policy
As Cila Garage, we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. We trust in the quality of the services received, but in certain cases, we carry out the return and cancellation processes in an open and transparent manner.
Service Cancellation
You can cancel your appointment free of charge by giving at least 24 hours notice.
For cancellations made within the last 24 hours, a discount may be applied to your next appointment but no refund may be made.
Dissatisfaction with the Service
If you are not satisfied with the service after implementation, the same service can be applied again free of charge or a compensatory solution will be offered.
Objections made after the service are evaluated based on photographs and observations taken before and after the procedure.
Refund
If the service has not yet been performed and is cancelled within the appointment time, a refund will be made.
After the service is completed, a refund will only be considered in special cases such as incorrect implementation of the transaction.
Payment Method and Return Period
The refund process is initiated depending on the payment method (same day for cash payments, within 3-7 business days for payments with bank card/IBAN).
